Hello, so not sure if this is a bug or if it just won't work in the game.
Pet Breeding
Made friends with a few neighborhood dogs and then it came up with the options for my sims dog to breed with those ones I had made friends with. He keeps getting rejected. I even created a few other households with other dogs etc. I tried to get them to be nice to each other first, increasing my sims friendship with them etc.
Now my question is, can we only breed pets within our own household? What are the specifics?
