You should be able to have your employed sims run the clinic , and your sim remains at home, but it may be similar to the issue that occurs with restaurants . Simmers have found that no customers come to restaurants when at home. One of the perks you can buy is called “ Well managed’ and it “Lowers the chance of bad events happening at the Vet Clinic while your Sim is away”
