In the second case, the clinic's owner actually showed up as a patient at her own clinic with her dog. How exactly does that all work? I was looking forward to seeing the clinic's owner at work while I wasn't controlling them, but this doesn't seem to be the case.

Other simmers have also posted of the same thing occurring when visiting a vet clinic owned by another of their households that they play.
