Yes, i noticed her hair is black know... maybe she painted it blonde in Sims 3, cuz her parents have dark hair also
Holly Alto was also a completely different Sim in TS3 for DS and may be who they based Holly in Get Famous after. They both have the red collared shirt and dark hair, but the skintone's still off.
On a related, but slightly off-topic note:
Malcolm Landgraab also had dark skin in TS3 for DS.
