I have seen it with fires but not with broken objects that I remember.

What was annoying is it either didn't clean or it would give me the option on a clean floor.

I have seen it but don't remember when I started to notice it. I thought it had to do with Cats & Dogs because of the robot vacuums.

I've seen it after a fire, but if it now appears after those mean sparks fly when the appliance goes out, that's great!

I just noticed this today, after I patched. I came right here because I was wondering when this was added. Ive never had it happen before, other than if there was a fire. It's under the two beds of my child sims, in the bedroom. The stove is several places away.
