Clean relationship with mccommand

I am trying to set it up to my preference but I cant seem to make it work. I just want to be able to delete relationships which are lower than say 10/100 so that my sims relationship panel is not cluttered with random sims they have randomly chatted with. How do I do that under mccoamnd setting ?? I set relationship to clean to 10, and click on mail box to run the relationship cleaner. The notification says 350 relationships are cleaned but nothing is cleaned with my active sim. Help ! Thanks.
