Cleaning Frenzy

My Neat sim is still a Child, so a lot of cleaning interactions are denied to him. He can't clean a toilet, for example. It sort of bums me out. Why let children have the Neat trait if they can't benefit from it? All he really gets is the drawback (more uncomfortable in dirty surroundings). Oh, he can have fun washing dishes and that's about it. But with the way dirty dishes on a table sometimes glitch out and can't actually be washed by a sim (and can only be "washed" by the player dragging them to the sink or the trash can), he often doesn't even get to enjoy that.

I've found that when you are near a dirty item your some gets uncomfortable. At first No cleaning frenzy popped up but after I had the Sims pick up the item the interaction appeared. Cleaning frenzy will appear whn sim is holding dirty object

It pops up for my Sim every now & then... then when I click on it, she acts like there's nothing to do *shrugs*

I've found before the December patch that Cleaning frenzy worked well. If there was just a dirty sink, the option was there and it worked. Now, if there's a dirty sink, the option either doesn't show, or when you click on it, she just stands there staring into space until you cancel the action and do it by hand. Also, I'm finding that if she has the uncomfortable moodlet from this, and the option doesn't show up, that there's maybe a glitch. Check your sims personal inventory for spoiled food. If it's there, clean it out. This seems to all lead up to the "fridge Won't work" glitch which I solved by repairing the game. If you don't want to repair the game, hire a maid, then travel off the lot and back to see if the maid found what you couldn't. Good luck!

Mine does the same thing. The only time the cleaning frenzy comes up is when there's a dirty sink/counter/tub/shower. Then I click on the cleaning frenzy and she just stands there. It's horrible. I have to click on the dirty dishes one by one otherwise she picks up the plate and sets it down to pick up other dishes. The maids are worthless so I don't even bother.

I'm currently doing the Disney Legacy Challenge and I'm on Cinderella. She has to be the only sim to clean and cook but she never cleans! Drives me nuts trying to make sure the other sims don't clean up messes.

You should be able to just click on the sim and cleaning frenzy option should show up on neat sims. It does for me no matter what the emotion is, or maybe the house has to be dirty and dishes lying around in order for it to happen.

When their uncomfortable u click on them like how u go to jog then there is cleaning frenzy
