Clearing Cache?
How often do y'all do it? And also wondering what *exactly* to delete? I've looked it up online and many guides are telling me to delete everything in the "cache" folder except "FileCache.cfg" ... ...

Is your game not working properly, or do you just want to make it run more smoothly?
I never delete anything (played same save for 5 years). Yes, I do constantly make new saves in case I need to look up stuff from the past, and I occasionally delete some of those from the game launcher. And I delete the mods cache - can't recall it's name, but it's a registry of the content of the mods folder.
