This is Chino Ellsworth his aspiration is chief of mischief. His traits are kleptomaniac, family oriented, evil. Chino was a kid born on the wrong side of the tracks and all he knew was a life of crime and instability. He didn't have much of a family life, as his father was an underworld criminal and his mother was out of the picture since he was five. He grew up pretty much on his own and turned to the streets for the family he always craved. Chino was a hardened criminal by the time he was 13. In spite of his life and family situation he always longed to have a wife and a child to call his own. Would he find the woman who could bring him the happiness and love denied him all these years? He would never stop looking until he found the one.
I hope this one fits the bill. If not I give up lol. I used only base game content so he should be ok.
