> At the bottom right of the screen where the needs, skills, aspirations etc. you'll see an icon next to the needs. Click that, and at the bottom you'll see club perks and you'll see a t-shirt with a wrench. Click on that and then you'll be able to customize the outfit. You can unlock those matching jackets buy using your club perks to get them.
