@"Livin in Sim" I've never used a community laundromat yet, so I couldn't tell you, I'm afraid. I know in TS3 they used to profuce a bag of laundry from thin air to put in the machines, for a price. Perhaps TS4 does the same? Hampers do fill up without machines on the lot.
Do you have access to the Black and White party? Could that work for your Charity Organiser? Alternatively, perhaps an unscored dinner party?
