The chez lounge seat looks nice, wonder if sims can actually lounge on it. Would be lovely if they do. I like the new coffee or is that tea set and the music box. I also like the picture collage with the crow and the roses. Also wonder if that big picture with the girl with long hair is maybe a new frame TV. 

From the comfy gamer kit I like best the kitty pictures, the poufs, the UFO lamp, and the hanging cowplant. From the Casanova kit I like the magazines and games table and that huge TV is nice too.
