Community Lots Question

If I made a neighborhood with all community lots, would it allow me to have one of each of the EL community lots in the same neighborhood? Also, can you build each of the community lots in one neighborhood without NAPS and they be functional?

You cannot vote for community lots in a neighbourhood without residential lots. You can place community space lots, and they will work in their default state if you place all necessary objects on them, so it's enough if you build just one lot.

that's awesome. Thank you. I really don't mind the not voting part. I'm playing with voting in other neighborhoods.
