Concerned about EA premade teens - Nancy is already dead in my game

Question

I've seen several well known premades as teenagers in HSY. Nancy Landgraab is even in the pack's promo, so now I worry a bit that those characters will be included. In my game sims like Nancy passed away log ago, seeing her reappear as a teen will not make my day... If she is there, will I harm any functionality if I get rid of her?

She will only appear in your game if you have downloaded the Teen Premade household from the gallery and have them in your save (unless you have a mod that pulls from your tray for new random sims).  Otherwise, the only teens the HSY pack adds to your game are the ones actually from Copperdale.
