It's true, it does rain a lot during summer in Willow Creek, for instance. I'm okay with it since I enjoy rain in real life and like the sound of it. I haven't tried playing my household all year round in all worlds yet. I assume Oasis Springs is more sunny and less rainy. I've noticed that windy days are most prevalent during autumn and winter. When my household was staying in Forgotten Hollow, it almost never rained which was my reason for moving them to Willow Creek.
