I love it and it fits the aesthetic well. It's completely different and yet it blends. That is something that they did well with Copperdale, it's easy to make your own lot and have it blend in because the overall world works so well with multiple styles. I'm planning to use the space above the tea shop as my teen club hangout, if it's possible. I haven't got that far yet.
