You have not lived a sim life, until you've gotten his creepy little butt walking in a way you'd be terrified.... I have never put up some garlic in my life.
I never put up any garlic back when Vlad would come over uninvited either. But then I started locking the doors for certain uninvited guesses. And marked the lot as being a private residence. And now Vlad doesn't come over announced and uninvited any more. He still shows up on occasion. But he just stands just beyond the property line these days. He doesn't enter my sim's lot any more. And some times Vlad will even call ahead to see if it's ok to come over for a visit. But he only calls on an extremely rare occasion. Most of the time he'll just show up and stand out there on the sidewalk.
