Thank you all for your replies. I guess the general sentiment is they are the same style but a lot of simmers like to have both.
Clearly there is nothing wrong with multiple rustic sets. I actually like getting kitchen sets in packs. But kitchens are never the main reason to get a pack for me. unlike other kitchens the kitchen in the kit comes completely separate. Which made me wonder if it is worth it. But in the end wanting either, both or none is a personal choice, no one can be right or wrong.
