I see other people say this, but you didn't have to use the tool if you didn't want to, since there were plenty of presets in TS3. You didn't have to customize at all. I guess I just think that more room for creativity is always a good thing. As a player who spends a lot of time with the creative side of the games, I think it's weird to give so much and then go back on it.
