Create a way to get babies/kids back from Social Services

Minimized my game instead of pausing and forgot about it. Came back and everyone was near death. Quickly saved. I thought it was funny and figured I'd just have everyone take a vacation day from schoo...

the game makes several saves as backup, so maybe there is a chance to get the baby back
@luthienrising knows how to roll back

but i agree, there should be a gameplay option to get the child back
a game shouldn't be that unforgiving
