Create from scratch relevant NPC Townies

Hi!!
I have a small question, is it possible to replace the relevant NPC townies such as Agatha and Agnes Crumplebottom, Michael Bell, Rahul Chopra, Kim Goldbloom and Lavinia Chopra, The Homeless sims that ownes shop and the teacher and the director of the school on Copperdale? I know it´s possible to replace Father Winter because @Stormkeep already posted about it, but how about the others NPC Townies?

It is with cheats! Just for now with Henford-On-Bagley NPCs, the game tends to replace them. This glitch seems to be fixed in the next patch.

For now, here are the cheats you'll need to enter (under spoilers):
    Cottage Living:

    • Mayor

      careers.add_career career_Adult_CottageWorld_NPC_Mayor
    • Pub owner
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_CottageWorld_NPC_PubOwner
      careers.add_career career_Adult_CottageWorld_NPC_PubOwner
    • Grocery Deliverer
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_CottageWorld_NPC_GroceryDelivery
      careers.add_career career_Adult_CottageWorld_NPC_GroceryDelivery
    • Grocery Stall Owner
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_CottageWorld_NPC_GroceryOwner
      careers.add_career career_Adult_CottageWorld_NPC_GroceryOwner
    • Creature Keeper
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_CottageWorld_NPC_CritterTender
    • Agnes Crumplebottom
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_CottageWorld_NPC_AgnesCrumplebottom
      careers.add_career career_Adult_CottageWorld_NPC_GardenShopOwner
    • Agatha Crumplebottom
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_CottageWorld_NPC_AgathaCrumplebottom
      careers.add_career career_Adult_CottageWorld_NPC_GardenShopOwner

    High School Years:

None of these NPC roles come with careers, so you'll only need to equip a trait. You may give them any job beforehand (education for example).
    • Cafeteria Worker
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_HighSchool_NPC_CafWorker
    • Custodian
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_HighSchool_NPC_Janitor
    • Principal
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_HighSchool_NPC_Principle
    • Teacher (Class 1)
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_HighSchool_NPC_Teacher1
    • Teacher (Class 2)
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_HighSchool_NPC_Teacher2
    • Thrift Store Owner
      traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_HighSchool_NPC_ThriftStoreOwner

Hmm... Here's how I do it.
  • I create the sims I want to make into NPCs.
  • I move them into a lot, empty lot if possible. For Cottage Living NPCs, it has to be in Henford-On-Bagley.
  • I enable testingcheats if I haven't already.
  • I ready their traits and skills (especially the ones they require) using cheats.
  • Now I'll add the required careers and traits using cheats.
  • After that I'll exit to Manage Worlds, mark them unplayed and evict them.

Should you move them in somewhere, they'll lose their NPC status. To fix it, go back to step 5.

Though remember that for some NPCs it won't work, thus requiring a mod for them. These include for example:
    • Librarian
    • Bartender (Not the pub owner though)
    • Fishersim
    • Gym trainer

Fortunately, the bug I've mentioned (Cottage Living NPCs constantly getting replaced) got fixed now, so that's good news!
