it's probably just me but I really don't like this always being the answer for these kinds of things... to just type in a cheat everytime or get a mod that already has the cheat running.
It simply should be go to the pet store adopt a pre-made pet for such and such money or create a new one for such and such money.
I mean I realize it's not hurting anyone to take those few seconds to do the cheat and all but still think the way I described would work better for pretty much everyone.
