This isn't really necessary unless you are stocking items that are not easy to come by.
But since going to University locks you out of build/buy, unless you enter a cheat, I thought it would be fun to create a retail store to serve University students. For those times when you forget to prepare them before the term begins, you don't want to wait for the term to end, or use the cheat, or you just want to send them out shopping.
So I grabbed a Landgraab and set her up with a retail business.
I don't particularly care for this store in Magnolia Promenade, but I can make my own Uni store later.
All sorts of items are stocked that can be moved in and out of a Sim's inventory:
Electronics and crystals, along with the Crystal crown.
Journals, and My Sim Statues.
Music instruments.
Custom Uni Styled Looks.
Okay, Foxbury representation too, I guess.
I sent out Shanice and Melissa to try it out.
I am buying out all the crystals for the Uni display back at the dorm.
They don't have journals, and why not some My Sims?
Oh yeah, the librarian for my education majors, of course.
By the way, we are missing a certain witchy spell caster.
That's all they need.
I do have another shop across the street.
No need to bike-ride since it has to be loaded anyway, but I just do it for the enjoyment of it.

Oh, that's right...
I never had the owner restock since my last visit. That's the not so much fun part.
We have enough potions and tonics anyway.
Back at the dorm.
They will leave the case full for the next batch of students to come through.

Ignore the flying spell casters y'all.

The secret society should be impressed with these jet crystals.
