Creepy werewolf glitch

Anyone else experiencing this? My sim looked normal the first time he changed and looked normal the first time I changed him in CAS. Then the second time he changed, he looked like this. He looks glitched in CAS now too while in werewolf form.
I have tried to repair the game and taken all mods out. Nothing changes it. The other werewolves in the game look normal. Except for Greg. He is having the same glitch on his face.

idk if it's just luck or that i haven't done much werewolf gameplay outside of one household, but i haven't noticed any glitches except the shoe thing. i'm assuming that i only have to delete the individual cc shoes that are showing up on my transformed werewolves? because if i have to delete all cc shoes... that would be extremely annoying. anyone know anything about that?

I havent noticed anything as a 100% mod free player....but I did get my first bug today in CAS. My werewolf is missing the colouring on his nose and eyes/eyebrows! Doesnt matter what colour you change him to the nose will always match the coat....its strange but kinda unique looking I suppose!

I repaired my game restarted it a bunch I found the problem is sliders.
I don't know how to fix it i just know the problem for the pointy bits.
