Most likely your sims can have more than one formative moment as not only suggestions only get blocked out when your sim has already obtained a formative moment, but also there are these snippets:
This shows that yeah, there's something that checks if all the formative moments are complete (overall and in certain categories). I wonder what's excluded.
Wait...
While the ones that come with the pack are blank (so no spoiling there unfortunately), it seems like there will be 50 formative moments: 12 Adventure, 12 Independence, 14 Inquisitiveness, and 12 Social types. I'll include these numbers in the main post.
15 of them have been listed here, meaning that 35 will come exclusively with the pack. Remember, not all 35 include the pack activities: some of them have the base game activities.
