Cruise GP?
Just an idea. What if Sims could go on cruise ships? Call the phone for vacation, choose a cruise, load on the "world" - which is just a big boat in the ocean - have a fun cruise.

This cruise ship is a TS3 world. The lots are empty, but some wonderfully creative builder made this for the cruise ship:

So this is quite possible! If a cruise ship with functional lots can be made in TS3 by fans, it can be made by devs in TS4.
Ho-ly! How did I not know that this existed? It's magnificent. I can't wait to kit it out and to play it.
