Curated mods for NoCC/Console players - Alternate idea

There is no official confirmation that CC platform will be available for consoles so I assume that we will be omitted this time. Due to that I have an idea to implement some CC to the game from the creators who are the part of EA x Overwolf program. It would be really nice move for the people who will remain without an access to the CC or mods on their platforms.
