There's lot of videos out there of well-known Simmers demonstrating the bugginess of the curved walls. So, while it may be possible to build without issues, it's not probable.
It's possible to build without issues. If the builder decides to build something that is not fully supported by the game than it's a builder issue, not an EA issue.
