Custom Jobs Coming In Patch: Self-Employed

Wow, this is going to be a sizable patch:

• Terrain tools
  
• New career
  
• Portable sketch pad (which I'm really eager for -- it'll be easier for my Sims to paint their cute toddlers doing cute stuff)
  
• Self-employment
  
• Plus fully rewritten code (Python 3.7) which will hopefully solve the majority of bugs
  

I might have to hit the local library or somewhere with the Fast Internet lot trait...
