custom landlords

does anyone know of a way to set a new default landlord? i know you can go to the sim and make them buy the property, but i dont want to do that for EVERY single save game. i just want to make my landgrabb family the default apartment owner instead of panya. it makes more sense to me, and its annoying to change it in every single game

    No, there is no way in the game to do that because Panya Li is a "special NPC."  He is coded in the game to perform specific functions.  

    The game already has a solution which you already stated: Have the Landgraab family buy the property and become landlords.
