Impressive list of vampire strengths, I didn't realise they were immune to so many deaths, including those by emotions and overexertion! That gives me an idea how to level up my elderly soldier's Fitness skill without killing him in the process, I'll just turn him into a vampire for the time being. I still have to be nitpicky and say that their immunity to the 13th death by sunlight technically doesn't count, considering that no other creature can even die by sunlight in the first place, but otherwise, yeah, you've convinced me that vampires are the most unkillable creatures in the game so far.
Still not sure about the rest, though, especially what you say about vampires having the means to kill sims, because I think that's something the developers are trying hard to avoid. My vampires have fed on victims in winter nights and left them unconscious in the freezing cold, yet none of those victims have ever died from that. I guess if you keep casting powers on them to stop them from going home in extreme temperatures, they will eventually succumb to them, but you can do the same with spells. Or are there other, more direct ways for vampires to kill sims? (Just asking for a friend, you know... *cough*)
What also counts for me when it comes to comparing powers of different occults is what else they can do with them. A vampire's sense of self-preservation and influence on other sims may be stronger than that of a witch, but a witch can still do many other useful things a vampire can't, like magically cleaning and repairing a house, duplicating objects and even themselves, summoning or extinguishing fire with a wave of their hands, invoking the dead without depending on a book of life or wishing well, etc. And that's why I think, when push comes to shove, witches still have the upper hand in general, even though they're weaker in physical fights.
But anyway, as I said, impressive post! It seems that you have done a lot of research, testing and playing around with vampires' and witches' powers and effects on each other to come to the conclusion that vampires are stronger. Thank you for elaborating and sharing your results!
