Ive definitely gotten into the habit of making community lots. I try to keep them on theme and not multi use if that makes sense.
So far I've made.
A community pool
A family style restaurant
A more fancy romantic style restaurant
A coffee shop
A bowling alley
A public library
and a gym with sauna.
