They are a blended family haha. She has 3 she adopted before meeting him (toddler triplets Courtney, Caitlin and Corey)... his side a bit more complicated... he had twins (Eduardo and Kade)child aged by the time this photo came about and not in the picture, they were off swimming), triplets (toddlers Lloyd, Luna & Gwendolyn) and a singleton baby (Coventry also a tot). His ex. has custody of the triplets, but he has custody of the twins and singleton baby, so the household had (at this point) two kids, and 4 toddlers... HOWEVER, his triplets that his ex. had custody of spent every afternoon and all day weekends at his place too, so most of the time he and his new wife are caring for the 2 kids as well as all 7 tots. They are grown up now though, I miss them being little but one of them has almost as many littles now and is pregnant again so I'm happy haha
