Daycare career in sims 4?

I know it's not exactly the same but toddler play-date event somewhat can be used to compensate it. I know that adults will spawn together with toddlers for this but I isolate them in a separate room wit snacks and tv and they are fine ))). Then my organizer sim is left alone with all the toddlers and takes care of them according to the event tasks and on her own. If event is golden you receive a toddler play gym or whatever it is called and I sell it and consider it service payment. I know it's not ideal but that's the best idea I can come out without mods and it's working for me.

Here's how it's looking in my game (as a bonus and to earn more my Sim takes toddler pictures for their parents):

I used to love that career. And sometimes my sim would get her sister's toddler or child come to be looked after and that was really cool - coming to auntie's house.
