Deactivate objects
Is there a way to deactivate an object so sims can't use it? I always use objects for decorative purpose only and I don't want my sims to use them. Can we do it? If not, that would be a cool feature.

That'd be kinda convenient actually...but no, unless you make them unreachable,inaccessible then they're activated. Or if you place electronic objects on an Off the Grid lot. Those are purely decorative because they don't have a source of power.
