Perhaps, this is old news, but I have never seen death by anger before. It was actually a NPC, & they were over my house. After the NPC Sim had embarrassed my Sim & rejected his flirtatious advances...

Honestly, I don't know why but in my game I have purposefully tried to kill a sim by anger....he just didn't die. Then finally, after MANY interactions he died. I tried it again with another sim and it just didn't happen, so I gave up. :(
