I once accidentally killed a sim while cleaning the trash in Sulani, going here and there to collect the trash tired her and one last pile happened to be in the water and she drowned. Also, swimming and sliding on the water slide in winter is bad for health too. Too many dust bunnies will start a fire. So will angry harvestfest gnomes. Murphy beds are still deadly. Blizzards are also deadly, had severall sims accidentaly die in blizzards on large lots in my game. Trying to find the hermit's hut for the first time during a blizzard in winter is like climbing the Everest. Glimmerbrook is quite rainy and with high chance of lightning strikes. Flat roofs also attract lightning strikes. I had a sim get struck by poison a few times in Selvadorada but she somehow cured herself and the poison wore off by next day.
