Death

When it’s their time, it’s their time. By the end of their life they usually have enough offspring that I have new fun sims to play with complex backgrounds. That said, there are enough in-game mechanisms for prolonging life (ambrosia, youth potions, vampires, etc.) that if it’s not their time, I’ll use those things to prolong a sim’s life while their neighbors and children age around them.
