Looks like you've gotten tons of feedback and ideas!
I haven't read them all so I don't know if this is redundant, but I hesitated on mods for the longest time, and once I took the plunge, wished I had started sooner. If you play Vampires, you gotta have mods or they don't do anything on their own (the great Nerfing issue, which you can read about on the thread about Packs).
People have taken polls on packs, and Get Together (Windenburg, clubs) is one that the most people agreed was great. If I could have only one, it would be that one, but only because Vampires is a Game Pack, rather than an expansion pack, even though it only barely misses being enough to be an expansion pack, and in fact offers more than some expansion packs.
