@GoddessSims It's a decoration item you can stand up on a table. I was assuming it would be a lot like Sims 3 and you would need the frame before you could add the picture. I guess the one in this game is just for looks..

@rosemow Thanks. I don't have GTW. I was supposed to get it for Black Friday, but Origin didn't accept the card I tried to ue. :( Is decorating with pictures not included in base game?
