Buy the Potion of Youth from the rewards store (on the Aspiration panel) for 1500 satisfaction points. Drinking it will reset your Sim's age to the beginning of her current lifestage. You can get the same effect with one of the spellcaster potions if you have Realm of Magic. Be sure to drink it before your Sim ages up.
