I agree with what's been said by nearly ever simmer on the planet already that they did Del Sol Valley a huge disservice by making so few lots. However, if I can praise the world for one thing, I do like how the large lots seem to be encouraging a lot of builders to build more 1 story houses. Maybe it's just me and builders I follow, but I feel like every house I've seen built in Mirage Park have been large houses that are all one 1 floor, which makes sense since there's so much space they can make do with putting everything on one floor.
Yeah its weird to have such huge lots in a "poorer" neighborhood, and yeah it makes no sense, but I do like the houses that have come from it. :)
