It would be an interesting feature, but I just use Sims 4 Studio to look at and delete CC, so it takes me about 30 seconds to get rid of unwanted assets. I would recommend it, especially if you have a big CC folder. You have to register on the S4S forum, but it is free and there is a lot you can do with it besides previewing CC (e.g. disallowing items for random or add to weather category).
