I don't remember any relationship drops from playing darts. Where the drops can come is via the conversaions, which are independent of game activities. If a conversation 'goes south', regardless of setting, so does the relationship. I've had to do some serious damage control thanks to a sim saying something they shouldn't have. I've seen it go the other way as well, the right thing said at the right time and the relationship takes off for the heights. Again, the idea of consequences for behavior.
