I'm conflicted about Vlad's house because I really want a big, spooky, haunted castle in that spot. It would look great to see the castle in the distance through all the mist and fog. Maybe Vlad's house will fit on one of the other lots. I'll need to explore more.

Vlad's is on the only 40x30 lot in town. I had to put my B&B on a 30x30 instead. It still fit, but I did lose a lot of the grounds. I'm okay with that though.
