Yes, 5 lots, one empty, two houses with NPC vamps and a central park-like area that is creepy and covered in fog etc during the night.

Thank you - I tried to watch the livestream back but had to skip parts due to time! I've seen some screenshots of the communal park bit - I hope it's like the festival spaces in City Living where you can just walk out rather than having to go through the travel screen...
