I'll be honest and say I am still exploring the Expansion at the moment, I intend to add some royal families and dynasties into my Rebuilding The Worlds save file but right now there is a major bug with dynasties that seems to be ruining saves so I'd hold off on getting it at the moment.

I like Dynasties better than clubs (but they just work better for my play style).
I love Swordsmanship Skill for my playstyle (but I can understand for those who play modern/more realism it might not work for them).
I really like the Noble Career, for Sims that in essence are more characters and no other career would suit them.
They did cut corners, and could have made this EP better, but I'd probably still get it (again) despite this.

- Noble career: I like the career but I wish sims could have royal titles without being in this career. But that's only possible for the spouse or children of a noble sim
- Swordfighting: a nice new hobby and you can participate in tournaments and duels.
- Dynasties: there is a certain overlap with clubs. I prefer clubs because you don't have to restrict yourself to family only. Dynasties also need values and all off them are a fixed set approved and discouraged activities. Avoiding the negatives across all members of a dynasty can be annoying. The big advantage of dynasties is that it can have more than 8 mumbers
- Grand balls: nice social activity if you like historical gameplay
- World: feels like two worlds in one. Two neighbourhoods are historical southern European and one is African. Both are very pretty but it's a shame neither is a full world and they have to share a monarch.
I am still enjoying this EP but it is somewhat niche. Only get it if you like historically inspired sims or royals.

My favorite thing about this pack are the assets: the furnishings, decorations and CAS. The palettes are GORGEOUS. I wish I had them in other objects. I also love the world but am disappointed in the limited number of free lots.

I definitely recommend this EP. I find good use for it with not only my royals, but all sorts of aristocratic families. Many of the features I already had covered by a routine in my game, but they are so well thought out that I gladly transferred my game info to the dynasty system we get with the pack. Also happy to see that we can edit the 10 levels of the nobility career titles per world, allowing for so much variation. The only thing I could wish for would be a way to link worlds to have one monarch for numerous worlds. In my save this works by imagination, which is actually okay.
BB/CAS is great. I use so many of them for my higher arstocracy. I adore most of the hairstyles too, but I got the bundle so a few of them might have been from the kit.
At first I was a bit worried for a world containing 3 totally different hoods, but now I love it! Each hood feels like a small world when it comes to design, and I still discover new details. I think the hoods are blending in the common areas in a very good way, making those sections feel more useful. They are also very picture friendly.

I haven’t done much with the pack yet, so haven’t explored most of the play.
I like the clothes and tiara’s, though I’m not sure Tiara’s are open for everyone without using cheats.
i like the new lot types marketplace and backlot. I always like things that can be used in different worlds. I think I would like the secret door clock, if there is a way to prevent your sims from dying with it.

I’ve noticed that in creating a dynasty, it helps boost skills for toddlers and infants. It could also be the royal residence lot trait, but my infants all gained more milestones than ever before, and the toddlers maxed their skills in four days!

To me no , the noble career is boring , My sim started in it and a sim week later was the Queen , Some of the assets are nice but on the whole the pack is NOT worth the price , The dance mat for the most part is transparent and you have to click on the bits you see to get to use it rather than click any of the area it covers , The Tiaras often look badly fitting , The lots for my play style are too full of pointless clutter

The pack has nice CAS items, the House system is pretty solid, and there are varied enough scandals if that's your thing. I also like that random townies gift you gossip to increase chaotic gameplay. And fighting off burglars with swords is fun.
The noble career is painfully easy and requires creative storytelling to feel rewarding, but I still like it for sims to 'leisure around' and still be considered in a career. Extortion is annoying because it doesn't follow logic but chance, so even if there was no one else on the lot, extortion still happens. And when your sim gets extorted, the scandal leaks to public anyway even if they said they'll withdraw (happened to my sim anyway). At least it can be turned off in options. - GalacticGal1 month agoLegend
For me that's an absolute YES. It's brought a new twist into my game. Especially since my Rock Star just managed to pull the sword from the stone! He now has the power to be king.
