Deleting screenshots from screenshot folder?
If I deleted my screenshots from the screenshot folder, will they also get deleted from being viewed in the game?

Yes, they will disappear. Also - the game does not recognize edited screenshots (At least for me).
If you want to keep them, you should store copies elsewhere.
