Deliver a baby

@bberger1 are you playing as a doctor with get to work? Because that's a little unclear. If so, try shift clicking the sim and using the Reset Career option (It should look like "Doctor..." and you will have the option to reset about 6 different things). I believe this is only available at the workplace venue, though. Also make sure your sim is at the right career level. I believe it is level 7 or 8 where your sim can deliver a baby.

If you are unopposed to mods, MCCC can probably spawn a pregnant woman for you.

You can also create another household, get a sim pregnant in it, and the go play as your doctor sim and wait until she comes in to deliver the baby (normally once you switch from a pregnant sim's house to another sim's household it will take 24 sim hours for the pregnant sim to have the baby regardless of wha trimester she was in).
