I like to sell cupcakes on the yard sale tables. Some want to have a shop and live at the same place, well there you go. Nice if you have toddlers and want a little shop, and broke.
About the penthouse I was thinking if you own the hallway part would the table fit, then will they come up the elevator? because they can not hear you calling.
